The Email Marketing Intern plays a key role in shaping messaging and engagement with customers from SwimOutlet.com and YogaOutlet.com. The intern will join one other full-time e-mail marketer, so the role is by nature incredibly hands on. Engaging our existing retail customers and helping our retail businesses grow is key to our long-term success, and you'll help us find innovative ways to do just that. This is a paid, 6 month internship

YOUR CHALLENGE:

You’ll be responsible for the implementation, testing, and launching of promotional emails that send to our millions of subscribers You’ll assist in the planning, coordinating, and execution of the email marketing calendar You’ll assist in the creation of subscriber segmentation You’ll assist in the creation, testing, and launching of personalized automated emails You’ll run a/b tests and help to analyze the potential lift You’ll assist in launching email program initiatives across our multiple web channels ranging from promotional, post-purchase, and cart abandon campaigns Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team Perform other duties and projects as assigned Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions

WHAT YOU'VE GOT:

You have some experience with Email Marketing software You possess a basic understanding of HTML and are comfortable working with it on a daily basis Analytical thinking and well organized working are one of your biggest strengths, you are proactive, take responsibility for your work and always strive for excellence You’re a team player and have excellent communication skills Your written and oral English skills are fluent

The employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear frequently; use hands and fingers to type, write; reach with hands and arms for tasks such as keyboarding, opening filing cabinets, and some light lifting as necessary to function in an office environment.
