The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Digital Marketing, Program Coordinator.

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, supporting the marketing efforts of Notre Dame Athletics by managing digital advertising and email marketing campaigns, focusing on growing the department's database and utilizing modern and strategic techniques and tools to better engage and generate incremental revenue. The Digital Marketing Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, implementing, and reporting digital advertising and email marketing campaigns for all ticketed sports and will work closely with members of the marketing team from conceptualization to implementation of team-specific campaigns. This position will analyze ongoing campaigns and provide recommendations for improved marketing strategies throughout the customer lifecycle in order to maximize ticket sales. Other duties include thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts for use in traditional and digital advertising methods. This position will manage marketing's social media accounts, create marketing materials including, but not limited to, email and social media graphics, flyers, digital web banners, retargeting ads and newspaper ads. This position will assist with football game day events and other special events as assigned, and help supervise student workers relative to the above-described efforts. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience in related field. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Design software and desktop publishing programs. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience using an email and marketing automation platform preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a collaborative setting.
