TMI Episcopal (TMI) is seeking qualified candidates for an Associate Director of Middle School Admissions and Marketing. As a member of the Office of Admissions, this position will report to the Director of Enrollment Management and will work closely and collaboratively with the Office of Admissions, Development Office, Director of Community Relations and their teams. The Associate Director of Middle School Admissions and Marketing serves as an ambassador of TMI Episcopal and authentically and dynamically communicates the value of a TMI education and its core values to prospective families. Responsible also include assisting in the communication of the TMI experience to prospective families and collaborating in the development of the strategic and tactical plan for all marketing efforts.
Assists the Director of Enrollment Management with planning and executing admissions, recruitment, on-boarding and retention events and programs.
Provides campus tours for prospective families and responds to emails and phone inquiries from all families considering TMI’s Middle School.
Organizes and supervises admission entrance and placement exams: (Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) and TMI Placement Testing).
Serves on the Admissions Committee and oversees the Bishop Lillibridge Scholarship program.
Conducts training for Middle School Student Ambassadors and arranges campus visits for prospective students.
Coordinates external recruitment activities at school fairs and parent-sponsored coffees. Identifies opportunities to expand recruitment to reach new markets and increase effectiveness within existing markets.
Collaborates with the Admissions Team in the production of strategic, persuasive marketing and recruitment materials.
Evaluates marketing related to enrollment efforts, including ROI on strategies.
Serves as liaison to the Parent Ambassador Program and implements marketing/recruitment strategies to encourage word-of-mouth marketing of TMI.
Willing to complete other duties as assigned by Director of Enrollment Management.

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Five-plus years of relevant professional experience in admissions/recruitment, communications, marketing, public relations or advancement, preferably in an educational setting.
Genuine affinity for working with children and families in an educational setting.
Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Careful attention to accuracy and detail.
Warm and welcoming demeanor and works effectively with a wide variety of people.
High standard of customer service and follow-through.
Self-directed with the ability to multitask and prioritize; excellent organizational and time management skills.
Professional and personal integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.
Availability for occasional weekend and evening work and the willingness to assume other duties if necessary.
