Florida Hospital Celebration seeks to hire a Marketing Manager who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.
Established in 1997 and now a 203-bed hospital, Florida Hospital Celebration Health was designed as a Mediterranean resort-style facility to serve as a cornerstone of health in Disney's planned community of Celebration, Florida. The hospital consistently delivers a state-of-the-art healing environment to residents of Osceola, Orange, Polk and Lake Counties, as well as to visitors from across the United States and the world. All within a "living laboratory" of groundbreaking, research-driven clinical solutions that integrate mind, body and spirit in the defeat of illness and disease.
The Florida Hospital Marketing team is comprised of non-clinical staff responsible for the promotion of medical services and service-lines, programs and on-site capabilities to past, present and future patients of Florida Hospitals. We work directly with administration, physicians, clinical staff and service line experts to insure an accurate representation of hospital capabilities as it relates to both the campus and the Florida Brand entity.
Monday - Thursday 8am -5pm; Friday 8am - 2:30pm
The Marketing Manager, works with the Director of Marketing or Assistant Director of Marketing, to oversee day-to-day marketing planning and execution for Florida Hospital's strategic partnerships. Applies working knowledge of market research and analytics to develop and organize plans that competitvely differentiate Florida Hospital and ensures the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and brand awareness. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to optimize Florida Hospital's strategic partnerships. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and guide direction in a matrixed work environment.
Knowledge and skills to manage integrated marketing programs, including: marketing planning; creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; digital and social media; project management, event planning; research analysis; and account management.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
One (1) year of management experience
Experience in budget management
Two (2) years experience in partnership marketing. (Preferred)

Manages the day-to-day relationships with assigned strategic partnership accounts. Represents Florida Hospital's interests while collaborating with partners and optimizing business results.
Develops and manages cross-functional projects and teams related to sponsorships, and partner marketing initiatives. Collaborates across departments and with external partners to deliver results.
Directs and manages the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned strategic partnerships. Develops annual marketing plan; setting goals, strategies and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
Manages clinical relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through strategic partnership activation; collaborates with clinical teams on digital and direct marketing strategies.
Develops direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives by optimizing partnership assets to drive volumes, enhance marketing efforts, and grow market share.
Provides marketing leadership with ROI reports to ensure business goals are met, as well as provide input in the development of key community relationships, affiliations and partnerships.
Supports the development of direct-to-consumer physician-specific marketing initiatives to drive volumes and enhance marketing efforts of new and current physicians to drive referrals and grow market share.
Provides marketing management with Return on Investment (ROI) reports to ensure business goals are met, as well as provides input in the development of key community relationships, affiliations and partnerships.
Manages team to drive the execution of marketing strategies and ensure overall business objectives are met. Provides coaching, leadership and assistance with resources and strategy development.
Recruit, motivate, mentor and evaluate a team of strategic, data-driven, next-gen marketers to support Florida Hospital business strategies.
Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring that execution of brand strategy is consistently maintained across all areas of responsibility.
Oversees partnership budget, ensuring timely reporting and fiscal responsibility.
