Job Description

Interactive Marketing Manager


As a technically savvy marketing professional, we will rely on you to lead the strategic planning, solution definition and execution of company websites, digital marketing activities as well as integration with offline/direct strategies. You will develop and deploy Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies in order to drive and pull traffic to Infinity Learning Solutions’ online channels, increase and sustain demand for Infinity Learning Solutions’ products and services, and participate in social media channels to support brand awareness, prospect nurturing, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy online search and marketing strategies with the goal of maximizing external efforts to drive traffic to the Company’s websites and internal efforts to pull traffic into the websites.
  • Coordinate lead generation efforts in the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Gather prospect data including demographics, behavior, interest and web searches to incorporate into strategies for achieving search engine topic relevance.
  • Research, recommend and develop initiatives designed to establish search engine topic relevance on external content and media on all major search engines.
  • Design plans to target relevant, external websites placing links to drive traffic to the Company’s marketing channels.
  • Prepare and oversee action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Coordinate lead generation efforts in the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals established by management.
  • Develop and contribute keyword or key term topic related content to high traffic, relevant websites.
  • Research, recommend, and develop internal structural and contextual elements in order to improve the relevance of site content on all major search engines including, but not limited to, page names, title tags, meta descriptions, meta keywords, headers, copy, and site maps.
  • Create and place keywords or key terms that build authority and achieve high rankings on search engine results pages and pull traffic into the Company’s websites.
  • Analyze performance metrics and website statistics, and present recommendations for improvements to search optimization strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies, tactics and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science required.
  • 5+ years of experience in search marketing required.
  • 5+ years experience integrated marketing program development.
  • Experience with SAAS Software a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, website design and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of the search environment including paid search listing providers, tracking tools, bid management systems, and keyword development tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects. Strong attention to detail, time management, sense of organization, logic and analytic skills required.
  • Ability to manage problem-solving activities in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated customer service attitude and skills.
  • Ability to establish working relationships and interact effectively with a wide range of people; work independently with limited direction; maintain effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment. Ability to work individually and on teams.
  • Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment. Familiar with modern office methods, practices, procedures, equipment, filing systems and business letter writing. Competent in correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and arithmetic.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics.
