MG2 is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Seattle.

MG2 serves clients around the globe from four offices: Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; Washington, DC and Shanghai.
As a Junior Graphic Designer you will work closely with graphic designers and senior creative staff on a wide range of projects to support the firm’s marketing efforts. You will contribute to a variety of projects across traditional and digital mediums, including (but not limited to) internal and external marketing campaigns; MG2’s public website and corporate intranet; client pursuits and presentations; and marketing materials.
We’re looking for someone who brings fresh creativity, ambition and enthusiasm to develop their existing skills. The ideal candidate should feel confident in sharing ideas while being open to input and critique. In addition, the candidate must be willing to try new approaches and look for ways to improve our materials and processes. They should also possess a good balance of creative energy and technical know-how to bring ideas to life.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency or in-house team setting
- A self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Drawing/Illustration skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to take projects from concept development to production with a high quality of output
- Motivation to maintain and improve existing design and brand standards
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office programs
- Degree and/or certification in Graphic Design
