Hospice of the Calumet Area seeks a dynamic individual with proven marketing experience to join our leadership team.
Development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic marketing and community outreach plan including all media, digital campaign, and education strategies.
Education and promotion of HCA programs & services to community organizations, businesses and individuals.
Establish communication & build relationships with healthcare referral sources including: physicians and their staff, hospital social workers and discharge planners, nursing facilities, other medical facilities and new providers in our service area.
Provide reports and analysis of referral patterns and expenses.
Serve as a representative of HCA throughout its geographic service area.
Commitment to the mission and values of Hospice of the Calumet Area.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 5 years of professional experience; leadership and healthcare experience preferred.
Computer proficiency, including presentation development, web site and social media management.
Proven track record of achieving program objectives.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact and build relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
