Global Responsibility • Ultimately responsible for generation of revenues in the form of tickets sold to live events • Ultimately responsible for generation of revenues in the form of season tickets sold to Broadway Subscription Series • Supervise and guide marketing staff whose responsibility it is to direct marketing campaigns to sell tickets to live events. • Co-Manage (with CEO) the marketing and branding of the company image and website.
CORE SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES • Recruiting & Hiring marketing staff • Teaches, trains, and mentors staff to create marketing campaigns utilizing IAE’s Marketing methodology • Including •Creation and Use of marketing materials •Designing full marketing campaigns including the comprehensive use of television, print, radio, outdoor, social media, paid search, and search engine marketing •Overseeing and managing the implementation and oversight of marketing initiatives, like Search Engine Marketing, Social Media management, and other newer technologies like Remarketing. •Project management; clearly articulating project scope and objectives, meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, organization and vendor capabilities, and tracking / monitoring procedures. •Monitoring sales with managers, and adjustment of marketing plans to ensure the achievement of revenue goals
