At Drohan Management Group (DMG), our mission is to promote the continued well-being and growth of our client associations and professional societies by providing them with professional management, efficient day-to-day leadership, and progressive guidance for the future. We are adding a new talented association professional to our team. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing client services and project support to at least two different association clients and reports to the Account Executive.
Established in 1986, DMG provides management, outsourcing and consulting services to our association clients. Our goal is to allow our clients focus on their mission while we take care of all of the details of running it.
The ideal candidate will have non-profit association client experience.
Duties include preparing marketing plans, writing and proofing promotional copy and social media marketing and selling sponsorships.
The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated customer service attitude, a sense of humor, thrives under deadline pressure with the ability to work in a fast pace environment, excellent written and communication skills;
Tech savvy with a willingness to learn; attention to detail, ability to prioritize, take initiative and ownership of projects, willingness to go the extra mile, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1- 3 years work experience.
Possibility of infrequent domestic US travel. Full time or part time but with flexible business hours.
