SALES AND MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER, edX, to work with the sales team to support the day-to-day operational management of the sales organization, involving processing sales orders and facilitating cross functional processes to improve the client experience. Will collaborate on and support the development of actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth and improve sales productivity; serve as an expert on edX products, technology, and value proposition to assist in client communications and recommendations; follow up with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and continuous use of products; provide required reporting, analytics, and business intelligence in support of strategic and tactical initiatives; support the effective use of Salesforce.com; and develop and drive marketing collateral, including proposals, webinars, emails, etc., to support sales and drive lead generation.
REQUIRED: at least three years of experience in a project management, sales operations, or similar role; meticulous attention to detail; ability to organize and prioritize workloads and meet deadlines; demonstrated technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly; program/project management experience; ability to make customer facing presentations and other collateral; demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision; results orientation; and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and diverse audiences.
