Summary Distribution Marketing supports the distribution team (the distribution team secures network carriage on platforms like Comcast, DIRECTV, Charter, Sling TV, etc.) by leveraging programming, ratings and partnership marketing opportunities to increase distribution, maintain current subscriber counts and raise the visibility of INSP with clients and consumers. Additionally, this team supports the off-network distribution efforts including the distribution and marketing of movies and series from Imagicomm Entertainment with partners such as Netflix, Walmart, Amazon, etc. The Marketing Manager will create and execute campaigns/events that support the strategy to maximize reach and distribution of content through digital distribution channels. Supports the development of original partnership deals. Provides reporting and analysis in the evaluation of partnership metrics and performance. Manages research of partnerships under evaluation and ensures the preparation of standard reports and analysis. Monitors agreement status and communication of information between internal stakeholders and partners. This position also works with the VP of Distribution Marketing and VP of Worldwide Sales to develop and execute all efforts related to the NCTC account for INSP. This position will demand both a keen marketing sense and strong multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a team player who isn’t opposed to having to get into the details and is relentlessly passionate about growing our business. This person will be responsible for the management of a coordinator; this includes day-to-day oversight and taking a personal stake in developing any team members assisting the manager. The Manager of Distribution Marketing will report to the Vice President of Distribution & Consumer Marketing and will autonomously and synergistically build and execute strategies on assigned campaigns to maximize dollars while delivering value for the network and clients.
