Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications will support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives at the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative (WCAI). Primary responsibilities include working with senior leadership of the center to create and execute a plan for ongoing content for WCAI constituents; management of the initiative’s communications and public relations: editing, design and update of the website, printed marketing materials, social media and PR strategy for events. This role will also be responsible for taking technical content and research information and translating it into content that can be used in case studies coursework, and marketing materials.
