The Property Marketing Studio Senior Marketing Specialist will act as the single point of contact for projects in the greater DC region and serve as the project manager for the overall Southeast region team. They will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of marketing materials as well as customer service, problem-solving and overall client relations for the DC region.
Represent Property Marketing in high-profile client-facing meetings, present the capabilities of our in-house offerings, and effectively brainstorm on property marketing strategies
Work with sales teams in DC to determine the correct marketing strategy for their properties and connect them with the appropriate property marketing resources
Work with the sales teams to gather all information necessary to make a project actionable Organize new projects – Entering information into project management software and organizing files
Assist marketing manager is scheduling and traffic management for the design team, ensuring all deadlines are met
Quality control of all materials produced by the team – checking for brand consistency, grammar, and to ensure all project requirements were met
Manage edit process and final review
Proactively provide additional items and information that will help keep the project process flowing
Make small text changes in design files
Tracks and monitors client preferences, builds and maintains relationships with sales teams

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to effectively present information to high-profile internal and external clients. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.
