The Role Responsibilities
A digital marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing online marketing campaigns that promote Standard Chartered Bank and our products, services. He or she plays a major role in managing & enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as acquiring leads/customers.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the bank's website.
Using Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website & lead performance.
Managing & Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the campaigns & bank's website as brand's guideline.
Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
Overseeing the social media strategy for bank.
Track campaign performance through daily pacing reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly budget allocation reporting.
Produce monthly campaign reports.
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all other digital marketing.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Identifying and evaluating new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Work with digital team, product team and other related team to maximize online marketing campaigns.
Our Ideal Candidate SKILL: - Analytical: must know how to use the latest in digital business analytics tools. These web geeks must use the latest web-based tools to measure and optimize digital marketing campaigns - Communicative : solid written and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese - Creative : in approaches to digital campaigns, both in messaging and in the delivery mechanism - Empathic: Developing a targeted audience persona to determine what voice, channel, and message will resonate. - Leadership: pull all digital campaigns off successfully - Organized: track & follow all the implementation of the plans - Strategic: developing the strategy behind the marketing effort
Qualification: · Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration or Digital · 4-6 years relevant experience in digital marketing (experience in financial services or digital agency is an advantage) · Result-oriented · Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and deliver on multiple projects under tight timelines · Confidence to defend and justify ideas/concepts to stakeholders for buy-in · End-to-end thought process, strong business acumen, combined with high levels of creativity · Able to work in a fast-paced environment of constant change · Effective communicator, with an eye for detail · Relentless focus on timely and high-quality execution · Positive thinking
