Sr Director - Consumer Marketing - Marketing - Orlando
AdventHealth Orlando seeks to hire a Sr Director - Consumer Marketing who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.
Established in 1908, AdventHealth is one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in the country, caring for more than a million patients each year. Provides strategic direction and management of Consumer Marketing for AHS's flagship healthcare system/network - Central Florida Division - leading brand and volume-driving strategies to ensure the growth of all Institute and Service Line revenues, market share, share of spend and brand awareness. Oversees, develops, and brings to market enterprise-wide, integrated marketing initiatives including next-generation digital and social media platforms. This position provides marketing leadership and strategy to the SEO, CMO and COO's of the ACS and IHS divisions.

Exceptional collaborator and influencer - drives change through ideas, relationships and actions, systemic and operational issues to accelerate results.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization, geographies, and all levels of leadership.
Effective oral and written communication skills, proven relationship-building skills among executives, staff, physicians, and community partners.
Marketing industry experience in emerging digital media and technologies.
Continuous improvement orientation in the areas of project management and professional development.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Apple computer hardware and software.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Masters Degree in Marketing or related field. (Preferred)
Fifteen years of Marketing experience with a proven track record of designing, developing, and managing fully-integrated marketing initiatives and successfully leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in budget management.
Five years of leadership experience.
Five years experience within healthcare industry.(Preferred)

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Provides strategic marketing planning and direction for the Adventist Health System's largest healthcare system in the country in the Central Florida Division.
Oversees, directs, and leads the strategic marketing and volume-driving efforts for CFD health system core Institutes and Service Lines, including Bariatrics, Cancer, Cardiovascular, Children's, Digestive, General Surgery, NeuroScience, Orthopedics, Transplant, and Women's
Directs enterprise-wide marketing strategy for Florida Hospital's Ambulatory and Post-Acute business lines, including Home Care, Hospice, Imaging, Labs, Pharmacy, and Sports Med & Rehab.
Provides marketing leadership and strategy to the SEO, CMO and COO's of the ACS and IHS divisions.
Serves as lead brand ambassador for the CFD, ensuring that execution of brand strategy is consistently maintained across all areas of responsibility.
Directs traditional (outdoor, broadcast, print, direct mail etc...) and digital to include (web, social, SEO, PPC and display etc... ) marketing strategy efforts for the CFD to establish annual integrated marketing plans that include specific goals, objectives and strategies.
OPERATING & CAPITAL BUDGET/FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Oversees and manages $40M+ annual marketing budget for the nationally ranked system of care, ensuring timely reporting and fiscal responsibility.
STRATEGIC PLANNING RESPONSIBILITY:
Updates executive leadership with ROI reports, ensuing all Institute and Service Line business goals are met, as well as provide input in the development of key community relationships, affiliations and partnerships.
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT RESPONSIBILITY:
Analyzes the CFD marketing funnel, channel mix and customer segmentation to formulate traditional and digital approaches to optimize cost-effective targeted marketing approaches. Inclusive of: revenues, profitability, market share, brand awareness, consumer demographics, physician and patient satisfaction, employee engagement.
Leads the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace. Including the process of obtaining and disseminating competitive intelligence across all markets and product lines.
Leads, recruits, motivates, mentors and evaluates a team of strategic, data-driven, next-gen marketers to support AdventHealthbusiness strategies.
Works closely with the Chief Development Officer and Vice President of the Foundation to build strong relationships, develop fundraising opportunities and events, and identify/cultivate prospects in the Orlando community.
