Provides leadership on large project efforts that support corporate and strategic marketing strategies. Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate and assist in the prioritization of projects, relationship of business information, both internally and externally. Analyze business processes and marketing capabilities to recommend strategic and tactical solutions. Identifies cross Opco impacts. Leads or assist in the identification of business requirements needed for systems that support corporate marketing functions. Coordinates project activities arid consults across multiple project teams. Provides mentoring for the development of those in less senior positions .
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/equivalency in business, computer science or other quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or related. 7 years work experience in marketing, analytical/quantitative business, pricing, operations or marketing research function. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. A related master's degree equals two years' experience.
Must have experience in multiple marketing disciplines; computer generated support modeling; leading major corporate initiatives; API strategy for customer integration; Cloud technology to create global automation footprint; PowerPoint; project management software to manage project and team timelines; EDW; Toad; Market view; Tableau; and SQL.
