Innovative private school in Central NJ and New York City seeks detail oriented Marketing Associate. This position is responsible for the design, implementation and analysis of marketing and admissions campaigns. This position reports to the Marketing Director.
Ad design/production for collateral, signage, print and online ads(Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Create and analyze email marketing (Hubspot)
Social media management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
Relaunch and optimize website in support of inbound marketing efforts. (WordPress, CMS)
Assisting in yearly marketing budgeting and planning
Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising and website using website analytics (Google Analytics, Adwords)
Photo & Video production and editing (Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, FCPX)
Additional administrative contributions may include event planning and admissions support
Write blogs, press releases
Plan, execute and assess events
Brand owner - monitor the use of brand identity
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong interest in immersion education and school mission
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field of study
2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, event planning or a related field
Skilled inter-personally, able to interact with a wide variety of constituents - agencies, advertising vendors, parents, faculty, and school leadership, etc.
Self motivated individual taking initiative to identify, prioritize and execute tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
