This is an opportunity to join J.P. Morgan's EMEAInvestor Access Team in London as a Business Analyst . The team is responsible formanaging a range of corporate and expert access events for our equity andcredit institutional investor clients and also provides Investor Relationsservices to the firm's corporate clients.
Understand and develop the current Investor Access framework and work onimproving the process and associated activity; fill the gaps in the processwhich are not effective, create framework to test the effectiveness of theexisting process
Automate the process wherever possible and ensure proper controls tocheck the veracity of the end output to be shared with clients, whereverapplicable
Work with huge data sets - analyse it to generate insights forbusiness and summarize for seniormanagement to review in a clear and concise manner
Create marketing material for the business and assist in executing,monitoring and reporting of the calendar events by coordinating with allbusiness stakeholders
Act as data gatekeeper for all the investors and participating companiesfor all access tracking including activity and related payment
Assist in seamless execution of the roadshows and smooth conduct ofconferences, client and event management, scheduling events and post conferencestatistics
Become the EMEA member on the Steering Committee for all systemsdevelopment. Provide training andupdates to internal users of our Systems
Ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan's and regulatory requirementspertaining, and not limited to MifiD II, Anti-Corruption and Compliance
We are looking for a highly motivated and hard-working individual with proven front office experience, plus:
VBA Programming & excellent data analytical skills
Experience working in a Business Analyst role within Financial Services
Proven experience working in capital markets, corporate access & investor relations
Proficiency in financial databases including Bloomberg, Factset, Ipreo, Dealaxis
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Proven ability to multi task and work under time pressure
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and spoken English
Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work alone or as part of a team; self-starter
