As a Digital Commerce Specialist, he/she is to assist in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies through online channel to achieve business goal. The key objective for this role is to identify the most valuable prospect through online channel. It requires strong analytic mindset plus fruitful understanding to the insight of the online behavior. The ideal candidate should be holding the experience not limited to digital commerce, but also the brand and marketing understanding as the integral part of experience delivery.
Plan and carry out the marketing initiative via digital platforms to strengthen the brand promotions.
Performance management especially on acquisition and the conversion rate
Optimize SEM campaigns via all digital channels
Coordinate with internal department and external vendors to implement digital commerce plan and strategies
Regular tracking and report on the performance and consumer behavior
Degree holder in Business, communication or related field
Dynamic and agile personality and flexible enough to cope with change and move things forward
Self-motivated and result-oriented, and is able to work independently under tight schedule
Proven working experience in digital commerce
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
