The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of USC is among the nationâs leaders in innovative clinical care, research and education of future physicians.Â Located three miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles at the Health Sciences campus, the Keck School of Medicine is home to 25 research-oriented basic and clinical academic departments.
KSOM is in search of a full-time INTERNAL MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR.Â Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the position will administer internal marketing activities.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Job Accountabilities include:Â
Administer day-to-day internal marketing operations for Keck School of Medicine.Â Work collaboratively with the marketing leadership to develop daily, weekly, monthly content.
Oversee and administer the content syndication on all internal marketing communication channels â intranet, KSOM calendar, DAM, flat screens, weekly publications, website, etc.
Support the creation of internal communications, including but not limited to the Deanâs weekly message, Deanâs Spotlight, Keck Reports, quarterly newsletters, and reports, presentations.
Develop new channels for internal communication (intranet, events calendar, recognition projects and events, surveys, etc.).Â
Maintain marketing calendar.Â
Administer internal communication tools and programs to promote awareness of the Keck School of Medicineâs services within the university community and/or to the general public.Â Work with key constituencies to understand who their audiences are, and their key goals.
Develop and implement internal communication marketing research instruments or utilize standard market research instruments to collect information necessary to develop internal marketing communication strategies.Â
Analyze and evaluate research, current market conditions and trends to assist in determining development and direction of internal marketing plans and projects.
Designs and produces marketing reports and/or proposals for department and/or Keck School of Medicine use.Â Makes recommendations based on research, trends, etc.
Establishes and maintains contacts with internal and external marketing professionals and vendors.Â
Education:Â Bachelorâs degree or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.
Experience:Â Three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, publications, public relations, business administration, communication, advertising or related field experience.Â Knowledge of marketing best practices.Â

Starting pay range:Â Â $75,000+
