CC Young, a Continuing Care Retirement Community and a not for profit leader in Senior Living, has an immediate opening for a seasoned, multi-talented Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Our ideal candidate will be an energetic, hands-on manager with a proven track record of driving the sales, marketing and public relations strategies for our premier Retirement Community.
The job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Creates and implements marketing campaigns designed to promote CC Young within the medical and retirement industries.
Manages all aspects of Senior Living sales activities, a team of sales professionals, and sales metrics.
Oversees all interactive marketing and public relations activities including website, direct marketing, social media, research and analytics.
Develops a comprehensive interactive marketing strategy to enhance the organization’s ability to attract residents, patients and donations.
Establishes and enforces brand guidelines.
Oversees the development of internal communication tools and marketing collateral.
Provides strategic oversight to the creative services team and provides guidance on the prioritization of projects.
Utilizes marketing research and other analytics to optimize strategies, messages and programs.
Cultivates professional relationships with key industry, professional and philanthropic groups and individuals.
Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing tools and programs.
Responsible for the development and management of the marketing, public relations and events budgets.
Our new team member will possess the following minimum qualifications:
8 – 10 years sales and marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality or senior living industry.
8 – 10 years of experience managing a team of marketing, sales and public relations personnel.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for interaction with all levels of Company, resident, donor and industry personnel.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and partner collaboratively with internal personnel across all functional departments.
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven track record in proposing and implementing creative solutions to identified marketing and organizational issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, but not required.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
