Role Summary:Neocova is looking for an organized Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving go-to market activities, competitive intelligence, messaging and product positioning. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of our users' psychology, enjoys solving complex problems and who is passionate about researching customer needs and developing great communication strategies. Additionally, they will communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team to optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
Follow and analyze market trends to position products
Translate technical details into benefits for the user
Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team
Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product
Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
Manage marketing budget and approval processes
Strong communication (expressing ideas effectively orally and in writing)
Proven ability to stay organized and execute while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Teamwork/collaboration (effectively working within and outside formal lines of authority)

Comfortable working at a rapid pace startup-like environment in which decisions often have to be made with imperfect information

7+ years direct work experience in product management or product marketing capacity
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if no degree, relevant experience will be considered
Proficient in business processes analysis and project/program management methodologies with relevant financial or banking technology background.?
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; effective at communicating with cross-functional teams regarding deliverables, schedules, and issues.
Familiar with open source solutions and software integrations
IT and Business literate; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong and effective decision making skills necessary to manage and implement change in complex situations.
Technical acumen in modern productivity applications and platforms (GSuite, Slack, Asana etc..)
Experience with financial technology and banking experience are preferred
Self directed, ability to self manage
Demonstrated history of delivering superior results in a performance based company
Proven success in working within a team based environment
Demonstrated experience in Lean and Agile methodologies
